These are a series of reports that can be displayed at any terminal by management. The most important totals are shown and displayed in a tablet format that appears to turn the page when the tab key is depressed.

To display this report simply go to the Reports menu on the Manager's Menu and select Sales Reports. Use the Tab button to move to the next report or back to the previous report

DirecTouch Do It Yourself Restaurant Point of Sale Sales Report

This is the first report displayed. It shows:

• Daily sales totals for Gross Sales
• Sales Tax
• Liquor Tax
• Discounts
• Net Sales
• Total Sales with tax
• Other Key Totals
• Week to Date Totals as well

General Information

This report gives you a view of:

• Number of transactions
• Transaction average
• Number of customers
• Customer average purchase
• Sales by destination.

This report allows you to:

Take a quick look at your hourly sales. Judge how your lunch rush is going. Look to see if you have enough help to get your through your day. Know early if you need to send people home.

This report allows you to:

Have several meal periods per day and track sales totals for each period. Know exactly what you did for breakfast, lunch and dinner all from one report.

DirecTouch Do It Yourself Restaurant Point of Sale Payment Totals

This report allows you to:

Quickly look at each form of tender received. Know immediately if you have a large amount of cash in the restaurant that might need to be put in the safe or taken to the bank.

Foreign exchange currency is also displayed.

This report allows you to:

Know immediately which servers are slow and who leads the way. Identify problems early and take action to correct them.
